Privacy policy

Effective October 29, 2026

EVRSK8 is Caleb Lehr’s skateboard and snowboard business. This policy explains what happens when you visit evrsk8.com or contact Caleb through this site.

Browsing and hosting

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the site and operate its security and service logs. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic information. That service does not use analytics cookies or track you across websites.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics stays off until you select Allow analytics. Declining has no effect on browsing, product previews or requesting a quote. Before you allow it, this site does not load the Google tag or send Analytics requests to Google.

If you allow it, Google processes basic traffic information such as page visits, session activity, device/browser information and approximate location. We send the public page address without query strings or fragments, the referring site’s origin without its path, and the fixed site name EVRSK8. We do not send quote fields, contact details, artwork or composed WhatsApp messages to Google Analytics.

Advertising features, Google signals and enhanced measurement are off. This installation has no custom form, outbound-link, purchase or lead tracking. Google can still record the session and engagement events associated with basic Analytics.

Google Analytics uses a first-party _ga identifier cookie and cookies beginning _ga_ for session information. We configure a 180-day cookie expiry. The identifier cookie’s expiry is not extended on each visit; Google refreshes the session cookie’s expiry with activity. Your browser can delete these cookies sooner.

We have set Google’s user and event data retention to two months, with the activity-based retention reset off. Google says changes can take 24 hours to take effect. This setting does not control the retention of most aggregated standard reports.

Google processes this information under its service terms, potentially outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices

We store your analytics choice in this browser’s local storage under evrsk8.analytics-consent.v1. It contains only your allowance or decline and remains until you change it or clear site data. Analytics stays off if your browser cannot save an allowance.

You can change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer or the button below. Withdrawing permission stops this site’s Analytics collection and removes its Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. Clearing or changing the preference also updates other open tabs when the browser delivers its storage event.

Quotes, messages and artwork

The quote form and board preview run in your browser. This website does not upload or store the details or artwork you enter. WhatsApp opens a message for you to review and send. Instagram copies the composed message for you to paste into a chat. Caleb receives information only when you choose to send it through those services.

WhatsApp and Instagram operate under their own privacy policies. Information you send Caleb can be kept to answer your request and handle an order; contact him about access or deletion. This site currently has no online checkout or customer accounts.
